Sara, a controversial reality TV star behind the phenomenon Dyra Sköna Skog, could have continued her life happily and well-known as a public figure. However, she decided to make a complete turnaround. Returning to her childhood surroundings in East Götaland, she turned her back on the glamour of the big city and the cold business world. Now, she runs a bed & breakfast in the upstairs apartment of her old house, which serves as a sauna and bathing area for the residents. Sara keeps a diary of her new life in the countryside and closely follows local life and new friendships. Gradually, she too must make difficult choices and confront the painful events of her own past.
